Sababa's "Birkat Shalom" chosen for the Ruach 5769 CD!
The Union for Reform Judaism creates a special compilation CD every two years, just in time for the NFTY biennial convention. The panel of judges selects the hottest (and coolest!) new songs and "Birkat Shalom," Sababa's rock take on Oseh Shalom (make peace) and Y'hiyu L'ratzon (may the words) was selected. In addition, Scott Leader has either co-written, mixed, mastered or produced SIX of the songs selected for Ruach 5769, and Robbi's vocals are featured on two of the cuts.
